The Tasting Room
Our Tasting Room is decorated in the old world tradition. Most furnishings are antique in nature. It was our intention to create a tranquil and home like atmosphere where customers can visit, sample wines and just kick back and relax. Fresh coffee is available for those that need something extra. Our vintner is on hand to answer questions concerning our vineyard or wine making.

Grape Wines (750 liter bottles)
Cabernet Franc - A cousin to Cabernet Savignon but earlier ripening. Our Cab is a medium bodied dry red wine.
Merlot - A medium bodied dry red wine.
Pinot Noir - A medium bodied dry red wine.
Pinot Gris - Or Pinot Grigio is a medium bodied white wine that pairs well with seafood.
Voignier - A medium bodied white wine.
Agria - A Hungarian red fleshed grape that does well in the Olalla Valley. This our full bodied dry red wine.

Blackberry Wine -With local Himalayan Blackberries. Sweetened or dry.
Raspberry Wine - Grown in our Vineyard and have a very pronounced Raspberry flavor. Sweeten or dry.
